Shadow

Intention: The potion for joyful shadow work. Finding, learning, embracing, alchemizing and welcoming our full selves so we can call in everything that belongs to us.

Key spots on the body to anoint: Bottom of the feet. Back of the knees.

Say: "All of me is welcome. As I move into my authenticity I call in my blessings, protect my peace and walk in my wholeness like never before."
