HEY, I’M CRYSTAL & THIS IS MY STORY

I'm a recovering type A, people pleasing, over scheduled Change Management consultant who picked up a crystal on the road to "finding Crystal" and fell in love with the process of getting to know my own power.

Turns out my life long diagnosis of Dissociative Identity Disorder was my gift as a channel showing up, but it wasn't until I learned about nervous system awareness and regulation (and became a certified Somatic Trauma Therapist) that I was able to really make the shifts in my life.

You can know what to do, but the nervous system has to be on board for you to actually make it happen.

I believe in trying new things. I believe in the power of platonic cuddles, really good sex, daily indulgences and anointing your body with Potions. I believe in magic, but I believe it's found less in "bibbity bobbity boo" and more in doing small things daily that shift and nourish your energy, nervous system and mindset.

The magic is found in you taking inspired action and expanding your capacity for change. It’s time for you to own the hell out of yourself, and start consistently finding miracles in everyday interactions so you can create a life that satisfies your soul!
