On My Terms

Intention: The anti-people pleasing potion. To take command of the energy in your life and be able to live and thrive in your personal definition of success.

Key spots on the body to anoint: bottoms of the feet, above the belly button, over the heart, third eye.

Say: "I am the author of my life. I am my own highest authority on what is correct for my soul in this lifetime. I clearly, decisively and unapologetically call in and create a <insert detailed manifestation> on my terms."
