Held

Intention: No more feeling unsupported or alone. To feel held and to call in tangible awareness of the support of the Universe and of community.

Key spots on the body to anoint: Hands and forearms. Lower back.

Say: "I bring my awareness to the force of gravity holding me to the earth. I am always held, seen, loved and supported from above and below."
