Blue "Grandmother" Sage

Blue sage, also known as Mountain or Grandmother sage, is used for smoke cleansing that infuses healing and blessing into a space. Grandmother sage is a much more gentle smoke cleansing herb than white sage and is recommended for the energetic maintenance of a space that we do most regularly. The fragrance when burned is super grounding, reassuring and comforting. All my sage is sustainably sourced and harvested by trusted suppliers.
